Requirements

macOS 15 or later · Apple silicon. The first launch downloads speech and language models, so allow several gigabytes of free disk space and an internet connection for that step.

Permissions

• Microphone: to record your side of the call.
• System audio recording: to record the other participants from your Mac's audio.
• Calendar (optional): to show upcoming meetings and name recordings.

You can change these in System Settings → Privacy & Security.

Your files

Each meeting is a folder of plain files (audio, transcripts, summary, decisions, actions, metadata). You can open the folder from the app, back it up, or move it.

Disconnect Google Calendar

In the app, open Settings → Calendar and choose Disconnect. To also remove Stilltone's access on Google's side, visit myaccount.google.com/permissions.
